Cochin, Kerala in #oneword PEACEFUL
I highly recommend taking a houseboat through the backwaters of Kerala to see the people and environment of this peaceful area where ayurvedic medicine originated. Envision long stretches of palm trees and happy people waving at you as you float by, bliss.

This beach is the most breathtaking place I have ever experienced in my entire life. No picture can even do the awe-inspiring beauty of this place justice. Imagine miles and miles of sand that is the softest ground your feet have ever felt, like a velvet carpet, stretching for miles into the distance. Imagine being the only one in sight on this beach with water so blue it shimmers like a sapphire. Imagine feeling that this is a secret slice of heaven on earth…

The Egyptians still celebrate this ancient Pharaoh’s birthday because of the temple he built…
The Abu Simbel Sun Festival at the spectacular sun temple at Aswan in Southern Egypt, is an awe inspiring event that amazes all who get the opportunity to experience it. On two days of the year (the birthday and the ascension to the throne of King Ramses II, who built it), shafts of sunlight enter the temple and illuminate the statues of the great Pharaoh himself, and the two sun gods to which he dedicated the temple.
